Current delays at the German postal service
Currently, Deutsche Post is experiencing delivery delays in some regions. We ask you to give Deutsche Post a little more time for the delivery. You can inquire about the current delivery status of your shipment here. You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation.
Delivering pre-orders for Cybercase x iPhone 16
The planned delivery period for Cybercase x iPhone 16 pre-orders is October. We will send you an email as soon as your cybercase is on its way. Please note: if your order contains several cases, one of which is a pre-order, the order will only be processed once all products are available.
My order still hasn't arrived.
It usually takes no longer than 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. Please note that a processing time of one working day is normal. Please check the following first:
- Is the delivery information I provided during the ordering process, such as name and address, correct?
If you can answer the question with a "yes", please give the German Post another 2-3 working days before contacting us. The German Post is sometimes a bit overloaded and delivery may be delayed depending on the volume of packages. Please also note that your shipment may land directly in the mailbox - without a delivery person ringing your doorbell. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us here. When contacting us, please include your order number directly.
The shipment tracking doesn't work somehow.
In the shipping confirmation you receive via email, you can track your order with one click. If the link works, please click here and enter your tracking number from the shipping confirmation.

How long do I have to return my order?
"After delivery, you have 14 days to fall in love with the Cybercase. If it doesn't spark between you, you can return your case. Click here to proceed."

Premium Warranty = guarantee?
Unlike the statutory warranty, our manufacturer's warranty is voluntary and covers defects that may arise after purchase and during use. The legal warranty is strictly regulated and only covers defects that the product already had in the packaging.
What is covered?
Our Premium Warranty covers all unforeseeable errors that may occur during the first 6 months after purchase, such as material defects or defects that affect the functionality of the mobile phone case. Whether it's an unexpected crack, a broken camera protective frame or discoloration - our guarantee protects you and ensures that you always use a flawless cybercase. So you can use your smartphone without hesitation with our first-class mobile phone case and rely on the best protection.
What is not covered?
Our premium warranty does not cover self-inflicted defects such as scratches, signs of wear or defects caused by falls on the floor. Self-inflicted errors are damages or defects caused directly by the user and not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
